Do you provide International delivery?
Although primarily focussed on continental Europe, we can in principle ship to any country in the world. When we ship outside of the EU, no VAT is charged. UK VAT is charged for deliveries to EU countries.
How do I return an item?
Please package the item(s) securely and return by mail or courier. It would help us if you could email us at firstname.lastname@example.org which items you are returning and why,
What is your returns policy?
Should you not be entirely happy with your purchase, please return the product clean and undamaged within 2 weeks from receipt for a full refund!
How do I track my order?
We will email you a tracking number, once your order has been picked up by the shipping company.
How can I contact your couriers?
With the tracking number, you will be able to follow your shipments' progress and, if necessary, contact the courier taking care of your order.
What are your delivery options?
We will generally use one of the well known courier services, but may depending on your location and the nature of your order also use postal services. If your order is urgent, please let us know.
