This design eliminates the normal side buckles that may catch or harm other horses while riding off, or catch your own gear, like reins or knee pads. The buckle has a leather roller instead of a steel roller, eliminating the steel on steel rattles. Enlarged girth loops for speed and ease of tack changing between horses and chukkas.
